Tips to clean a microwave

This time I'll give you tips to clean a microwave and leave it clean, free of grease and unwanted odors. (This tips are contribution of our house cleaning maids from Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs and Hollywood, Florida.)
Clean the microwave is not a simple task. We have to clean the microwave by following certain recommendations and steps to avoid damage. Most microwave ovens have special paintings inside, must not damage, as this may void the warranty of the unit and cause malfunction in its operation.
Maureen a maid in Fort Lauderdale recommend :
* Do not use abrasive cleaners for any reason (with a texture like sand), as this damages the interior painting. Do not use abrasive cleansers.
* Do not use sponges to scrape or steel wool.
* There is a part inside some microwaves, which can be rough (like a paper or fabric), or some other iron or a round ball. DO NOT scrape, rub or damage that.

# To soften the dirt, start putting a half glass of water and two tablespoons of vinegar. Place it in the middle of the plate from the microwave and then set it at full power 5 minutes (or until it breaks a boil).
# Unplug. It should be no connection to electricity.
# Open the door, remove the glass carefully and the plate glass on the inside and put it in a safe place that is not broken.
# If the soil you have is just oil and steam, can be cleaned with a towel or paper towel dry.

Leave open the microwave few minutes and then wipe the outside with a damp cloth without soap and careful not to wet the back cables or microwave. Allow to dry for half an hour without using. Then plug the power and use it normally.

Our friend Selia Martinez a maid in Hollywood Fl recommend :
To improve the aroma, you can squeeze a lemon or orange juice, strain it and take out the pulp. After doing all the cleaning, wet a rag and wipe the juice inside. Rinse the cloth well with water, squeeze and get the excess water. Pass the damp cloth on the inside again. Finally, dry with napkins or paper towels.

Proper way to clean the bathroom

First I have to thank to my friends from Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Coral Springs, Florida (all of them are maid cleaners) who helped me to make this blog.

1) Clean the bath or shower:
We begin with the bath with the shower head to remove hair debris or gravel, then rub the enamel of the bath with the cleansing cream or powder and a sponge.

The liquid cleaner is also very effective to remove scale from the tiles and fittings. If rust spots or mold testing with chlorine-based disinfectants like bleach or ammonia. Leave for a moment and rinse.

Our maids in Hollywood Florida had found that the most difficult stains can be cleaned with turpentine and white spirit and then rinse with warm water and dishwasher.

For stains characteristic of water (blue or green) products come easy with vitreous enamel.

2) Clean the sink and bidet:
Other artifacts, such as the sink and bidet are cleaned with the same procedure as the bathtub.

When all fixtures are perfectly clear, can permeate the cloth with a product that smells of pine, floral or you prefer and review the artifacts.
When the sink drain clog the filter of Italian coffee, coffee remains are deegrace.

3 º) Clean the faucet in the bathroom:
The cleaning of the fitting is done with a small brush, this allows convenient access to the edges and remove any signs of fungus or tartar.
Cloths or sponges used in the fittings should not be rough because they can scratch the material.

Our home cleaners in Fort Luderdale Florida said that the enameled gold faucets should be cleaned with specific products for these types of finishes and be careful to dry them each time they occur. Never use products that can end with the finish.
Taps chrome rub with half a lemon until there tartar stains, rinse and dry.
Wooden taps a solution of bleach and water. To clean the base of taps using an old toothbrush with cream or powder cleanser, rinse and dry.

For impeccable taps, must be dried and rubbed with a dry cloth to remove traces of water. To avoid staining of lime taps must be cleaned with a cloth when finished shower.
There are very good if rubbed with water and baking soda, dry and have a dry cloth for buffin.

4) Clean the toilet
The advice of our maids and home cleaners in Coral Springs is:
When you need to spend a bit more work, that is the most exposed to germs and bacteria. Once a month you have to clean the inside of the tank, with the long handle brush removes the dirt accumulated in the bottom of the tank, then raises the float and the tank empties. With a cloth soaked in a disinfectant wipe the inside, some put a pill chlorinated sanitizer.

5) Clean the toilet bowl:
Use a chlorine-based disinfectant such as bleach or ammonia, spray the bowl and leave. Then with the brush to clean the interior side walls of the cup and let the water run.
Empty the tank to complete remove the disinfectant and make sure everything is clean, but proceed to clean again. Tartar To use a cleaning product such as cream or powder-based abrasive, scrub with a sponge, rinse and dry.

6th) Clean exterior of toilet:
Wipe with a disinfectant and then rinse the toilet, remember that if there are children in the house, usually scattered all over the toilet when the toilet.

7) Clean the tiles and the curtain:

The most affected by the humidity and the tiled curtain may result in the emergence of fungi with the typical black color that looks primarily at the joints. To prevent condensation of moisture can pass a cloth when finished showering and drying the surface.
Use a cloth dampened with a disinfectant smell nice for the tiles.
For obscured together using a small brush to remove the principle of fungi and then pass a clearing and draining damp cloth continuously until the surface is absolutely clean.

If the coating bath is marble, it requires special care, when used as coating bathrooms brings treatment to seal the porous surface.
The marble can not be cleaned with any abrasive product, just plenty of water and a cloth.
My grandmother used vinegar, lemon juice and warm water to make them flash.
But will have to resort to special commercial products of such maintenance.
Being a very porous surface, when stain is to act quickly, apply salt on the stain, the salt will absorb the stain.

8) Clean soap holder:

Always have soap bits stuck to the enamel.
Clean with hot water, scrub with a sponge, rinse and dry.
The plastic soap dishes should be left to soak in warm water and baking soda.

9 º) Clear glass, mirrors and screens:
If you only use the cleaner splashes are common.
If you have joined tartar or soap is preferable to first wipe the surface with a preparation of water and white vinegar, leave on for 30 minutes, rinse with a cloth and polish with a dry cloth. Re clean the edges, the details say it all.

10 º) Clean floors:
Clean the floor with water and the product chosen.
There are a variety of products for different finishes, choose the one you like.
In places where the butt does not arrive, wipe moistened with the product
Then dry with a cloth that leaves no marks.

And that's all
